Rates - All rates are in Euro.

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given.

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American, Visa, Euro/Mastercard or cash are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are in Euro.

Cancellation - Cancelation till 14 days before arrival free of charge. Within the 14 days there will be a 2 night stay charge. No show up means charge of the reservation.

Check out time - Check out time is at 11:00. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk.

Taxes/Service charge - Rate per room per night, Including breakfast, Including taxes, Including service charge.
